The role

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and winning new contracts across the security market. Working closely with operational teams, you will help ensure a smooth transition from sales into delivery and support the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate and close new business deals.
• Work with internal teams to support contract handover and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and activity logs.
• Represent the business professionally at all times.

About you

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience within security, facilities management, cleaning, or a related service sector is desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident in building relationships with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and well organised.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
