Venue Director | Hospitality & Events

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Salary: €100,000–€110,000 fixed salary + 15% annual bonus

Languages: Swedish & English required

A leading international hospitality organisation is seeking an experienced Venue Director to lead the strategic growth and operational development of a prestigious hospitality venue in Stockholm.

This is senior leadership opportunity for a commercially driven and inspiring professional who can shape the future direction of a large-scale food & beverage operation, enhance guest experiences, and drive sustainable business growth.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing and executing the venue strategy, optimising operational performance, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will play a key role in:

• Driving long-term growth and commercial performance.
• Developing innovative hospitality concepts and experiences.
• Leading and inspiring a high-performing team.
• Improving operational excellence, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Using data-driven insights to identify opportunities and maximise performance.
• Strengthening partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

You are a senior hospitality leader with:

• 10+ years of experience in premium hospitality, events, catering, hotels, or large-scale operations.
• Proven experience managing complex operations and leading sizeable teams.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in P&L ownership and business growth.
• A track record of delivering strategic change and operational improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
