General Manager – Premium Bar & Rooftop Venue – Edinburgh - £55k + TRONC + Bonus

We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, premium hospitality venue in the heart of Edinburgh.

This is a fast-paced operation with a strong food and drink offering, live entertainment, and a vibrant rooftop space. You’ll take full ownership of the business — driving sales, leading the team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing the venue commercially.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong high-volume bar/restaurant experience
  • A hands-on leadership style
  • Excellent commercial awareness
  • Passion for service, people and hospitality
