Whether you’re a recent graduate or considering a career change, this is an exciting opportunity to train as a qualified Maths Teacher while earning a salary from day one. Our fully supported salaried teacher training programme offers a direct pathway to achieving both Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) within 12 months. You’ll gain hands-on classroom experience, expert mentoring, and the confidence needed to build a successful career in education. About the Role From September 2026, you’ll join our thriving Maths department as a trainee teacher and become a valued member of the school community. Throughout the year, you’ll gradually develop your teaching practice - starting with observation and supported delivery before progressing to planning and leading your own lessons. You’ll receive ongoing guidance from experienced Maths teachers and dedicated mentors while completing your formal teacher training qualification. By the end of the programme, you’ll have the skills, experience, PGCE, and QTS needed to begin your career as a qualified Maths Teacher. What We Offer
