Head of Food & Beverage – Luxury Boutique Resort

Location: St Lucia
Compensation: $80,000–$150,000 USD DOE + tips & service charge

We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury boutique resort in the Caribbean seeking an experienced Head of Food & Beverage to lead all food and beverage operations across the property. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic hospitality leader to shape the guest dining experience while driving operational excellence across both the culinary and front-of-house teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Food & Beverage operations, including the restaurant, bars, and kitchen
• Develop menus and dining concepts in collaboration with the culinary team
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop both kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Drive exceptional guest experiences through service excellence and operational leadership
• Manage departmental budgets, labour costs, purchasing, and inventory controls
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and oversee procurement
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health & safety standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous senior Food & Beverage leadership experience within a luxury resort, boutique hotel, or high-end hospitality environment
• Strong culinary knowledge with experience in menu development and food quality standards
• Proven ability to lead both kitchen and restaurant operations
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labour costs, and purchasing
• Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing hospitality teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
