For our client, an international hotel group opening a new property in Rotterdam, we are seeking a motivated Front Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the pre-opening configuration of the Front Office department, defining procedures, service standards, and organizational structure
• Hire, onboard, and mentor the Front Office team to ensure exceptional service delivery from the outset
• Manage daily Front Desk operations, such as guest check-in/out and relations, to maintain a flawless, premium experience
• Deploy operational workflows, systems, and technologies aligned with company policies
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns efficiently to guarantee satisfaction and foster loyalty
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B) to maintain seamless hotel operations
• Track KPIs, financial budgets, and performance indicators for the Front Office department

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Front Office leadership position; pre-opening experience is advantageous
• Comprehensive knowledge of Front Office operations, procedures, and property management systems (PMS)
• Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Background in Hospitality, Tourism, or a similar field
