Behaviour Mentor – Secondary School | South West London – Putney Ready to Take the Lead on Behaviour & Make a Lasting Impact? £560 - £640 per week | Full-Time | Immediate Start A high-achieving and inclusive secondary school in South West London is seeking a confident and experienced Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral team immediately. This is a specialist behaviour-focused role — ideal for graduates in Psychology or related fields who have strong experience managing challenging behaviour and are serious about a career in education, youth work, pastoral care, or mental health. We are looking for someone fair but firm, calm under pressure, and able to build positive relationships with students while maintaining high expectations for behaviour, attendance, personal development, and academic engagement. The Role This position centres on improving behaviour, engagement, emotional regulation, and student wellbeing across KS3 & KS4. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting students who display challenging or disruptive behaviour You will play a key role in helping students re-engage with learning, develop self-confidence, and achieve success while maintaining the school's high standards and expectations.
