Our client is a well-established international B2B services organisation, known for supporting companies through solution-led commercial models designed to enhance performance, agility, and long-term growth. They are looking to hire a Sales Director based in Paris to support commercial performance across France by working closely with the sales teams, strengthening day-to-day execution, and ensuring the effective implementation of the group’s commercial strategy locally. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Management, this is a highly operational and field-oriented leadership role. The successful candidate will not be expected to define the overall commercial strategy for France, which is led at group level, but will play a key role in translating that strategy into concrete actions, coaching sales teams, improving performance, and driving results on the ground. This role will suit a hands-on sales leader who enjoys being close to the field, supporting managers and salespeople, challenging performance constructively, and helping teams convert opportunities more effectively.
