We're looking for a dedicated and ambitious Graduate Unqualified English Teacher to join our welcoming and inclusive team at a secondary school in Coventry. What's the role?

As a Graduate Unqualified English Teacher, you will be working with Key Stage 3 students to foster a love of English across both language and literature.

You will:

• Support the delivery of engaging English lessons
• Assist in the planning and preparation of learning materials
• Provide support to students of varying levels of ability
• Manage the classroom in line with school policies
• Contribute to the wider school community and extra-curricular activities

What are we looking for?

• A degree in English or a closely related subject (2:1 or higher)
• A genuine interest in teaching and education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and positive attitude

Previous experience of working with young people is desirable but not essential.
