The Role
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will:

• Take the lead on exciting structural projects, from concept through to completion
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards while delivering top-tier solutions
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to shape and execute design visions
• Oversee structural analysis and design for a variety of materials and systems
• Mentor junior engineers and help them grow professionally
• Engage directly with clients, attend site visits, and lead design team meetings

About You
We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Is Chartered (or working towards Chartership) with IStructE or ICE
• Brings experience from a UK consultancy and strong knowledge of UK design standards
• Is skilled in design software like Tekla, Tedds, Robot, or ETABS
• Enjoys leading projects and thrives in a small, close-knit team where every voice matters
