Customer Support Executive
£27,000 - £29,000 DOE
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. This role is suitable for someone with existing support experience or someone eager and willing to learn who is looking to start their career in IT and support line.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
• Answer customer queries by phone and email • Help customers with issues related to their phone systems and connectivity • Guide customers through simple troubleshooting steps • Log and update support tickets accurately • Keep customers updated and provide clear communication • Support new customer onboarding, including setting up users and equipment • Escalate more complex problems to senior team members when needed • Keep documentation and records up to date
What We’re Looking For
• Eager and willing to learn • Strong problem-solving skills • Clear and confident communication • Calm, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
Desirable (Not Essential)
• Experience in an MSP or telecoms environment • Knowledge of VoIP, Microsoft Teams Phone, or similar tools • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ • Basic understanding of IT or networks
