The Role

This is a true Sous Chef position with responsibility and autonomy.

• Act as Number 2, supporting the Head Chef across all areas.
• Run the kitchen confidently in the Head Chef’s absence.
• Lead, develop and motivate the team.
• Drive food quality, consistency and standards.
• Support menu development and evolution of the concept.
• Take ownership of service and kitchen performance.
