Our client, a thriving multi-site hospitality business based in West London, is seeking a proactive Financial Controller to oversee and drive the financial health of their operations.

About the Role:

As Financial Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the business’s financial strategy, ensuring robust reporting, and supporting operational growth. You will oversee accounting functions across multiple sites, manage budgets, forecasts, and provide insights that influence key business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance team across multiple locations.
• Prepare accurate management accounts, monthly reporting packs, and year-end accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet, ensuring financial compliance and control.
• Drive process improvements, implementing best practices across all sites.
• Support senior leadership with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior finance professional, ideally within hospitality, retail, or multi-site businesses.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
