We are seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect to join us at our Paddington head office. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of robust, scalable, and modern architectures across Urenco’s digital estate, covering all IT systems and services. This strategic and forward‑looking position requires strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, particularly SABSA and the TOGAF ADM, to ensure our technology landscape aligns with business objectives, Urenco’s seven‑year technology strategy, and our security requirements. You will work closely with Information Security and other key stakeholders to embed strong security practices into the architecture. You will also develop and maintain standards, patterns, and reference architectures that support consistent, innovative, and repeatable delivery across the organisation, while championing modernisation and more agile ways of working. Security vetting Due to the nature of the industry that Urenco operates in, all personnel regardless of employment status working for Urenco are required to obtain security clearance at the level required for their role.
