We are on the lookout for a highly ambitious Graduate Trainee Teacher to join our secondary school and train to become an outstanding classroom practitioner. This role is for a strong academic graduate who is passionate about education and is passionate about making an impact on young people’s learning and achievement. Earn a salary while you train and gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) without taking on the financial burden of a university-led PGCE.

More About the Role

You will be undergoing training from our high achieving, exceptional mentors. Throughout your school experience, you will act within statutory frameworks and uphold the highest professional standards. You will gradually take more responsibility off the preparation off lessons and the delivery. Secondary school is a crucial time, you will be prepping pupils for any upcoming exams and making lessons fun, creative and engaging, as it should be!

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in core subjects (minimum 2:1 preferred) or be on track to graduate.
• Must hold a GCSE in Maths and English (4/C) or equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong academic ability and subject knowledge.
• Be committed to professional development and teacher training.
• Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be eager to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
• Right to work in the UK.
