KPI Recruiting are excited to be hiring Night Shift Warehouse Operatives for our well-established client in Liverpool. Full training is provided, making this a great position for both experienced candidates and those new to warehouse work.

About the Role

As a Night Shift Warehouse Operative, you will play an important part in the daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will involve using LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) equipment to unload containers, accurately identifying and placing products into the correct locations, and wrapping completed pallets using handwrap machinery. You’ll also help maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment throughout your shift. The work is active, hands-on, and perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy.

Shifts & Hours

We offer two night-shift patterns to suit different schedules:

• Weekday Nights (Sunday–Thursday): 22:00–06:00, 37.5 hours per week

• Weekend Nights (Saturday–Monday): 18:00–06:00, 36 hours per week

These are ongoing, reliable shifts with long-term potential.

Pay Rates and Benefits

You’ll receive competitive night-shift pay of £14.55 per hour on weekdays and £15.55 per hour at weekends, with additional opportunities to increase your earnings through Peak Overtime (x1.5) and Off-Peak Overtime (+£4 per hour).
Holiday entitlement is 28 days, and you’ll be paid weekly every Friday. KPI Recruiting also offers strong ongoing support and long-term opportunities for those who perform well.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates with previous warehouse experience, but this isn’t essential as full training is provided. The ideal person will be reliable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to work well as part of a team with good attention to detail.
