The Role

As a Sales Estate Agent, you will:

• Generate and convert new business opportunities
• Carry out property valuations and market appraisals (valuing experience would be highly advantageous)
• Market properties via online portals, social media, and tailored campaigns
• Conduct viewings and negotiate offers confidently
• Support vendors and buyers throughout the sales journey
• Build and maintain strong client relationships in the local community

What We’re Looking For

• Confident, driven, and target-focused professional
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills
• Estate agency or sales background (valuing experience an advantage)
• Proactive, resilient, and self-motivated approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – essential
