We are offering an exciting opportunity to qork in a 4 bed children's residential home based in Rowlands Gill.

You would be working in a 37.5hrs minimum per week, including sleep shifts, previous experience working within children services is needed, NVQ Level 3 in childcare would be ideal but not essential.  

This is currently a temporary role with a view to become a permanent position.

As an Agency Support Worker you must:

• Be over the age of 18 to apply
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
• Have 6 months prior experience within children services
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
• Have a genuine passion working in children services sector

 

An Ideal candidate for this role would have

•  NVQ Level 3 in childcare 
•  a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
