Our prestigious client which operates in the retail industry is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Admin Assistant.

Previous experience in an office environment is not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate if needed.

The successful candidate will have to be:

  • punctual, organised, enthusiastic
  • hungry to develop
  • a communicator
  • a quick learner and be self sufficient
  • able to work independently and as part of a team

Duties include:

  • building a strong rapport with customers
  • whilst updating all records as necessary
  • data entry using Microsoft Office
  • help customers over the phone
  • filing
  • various admin duties.

Starting salary is £21,000k

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (42.5 Hours per week)
