In the Receptionist role you will be:

• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages
  
• Welcoming visitors and providing a professional front-of-house service
  
• Assisting with light office or showroom duties, including preparing refreshments and keeping communal areas tidy
  
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  
• Maintaining a friendly, organised and efficient reception environment
  

To be successful, you will need:

• Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• A professional, approachable and positive manner
  
• The ability to multitask in a busy environment
  
• Reliability, punctuality and strong organisational skills

This is a temporary position starting the 1st October for approximately 6 weeks. You'll be working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 08:00 – 17:00 with an hours lunch. You'll be working in offices based in the Llandudno area, and on an hourly rate of £12.71 + holiday accrual and weekly pay.
