LGV Driver – Waste & Recycling
Location: Gloucester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Pay: £17.05 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an LGV Driver to join a busy waste and recycling team in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious driver looking for a long-term role with the chance to go permanent.

The role:

• Drive LGV vehicles to collect household and commercial waste and recyclables across Gloucester

• Follow pre-planned routes safely and efficiently

• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects

• Assist with loading when required

• Ensure the vehicle is refuelled and ready for the next shift

• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

About you:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence

• CPC and digital tachograph card required

• Previous waste or recycling experience preferred but not essential

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
