Role: Head Chef

You’ll lead a team of five, working to a trusted core menu while having the freedom to design and deliver your own specials.

What you will do

• Run day-to-day kitchen operations and lead your team by example.
• Maintain consistency across all dishes, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Develop weekly and seasonal specials that reflect your creativity.
• Manage ordering, cost control, and kitchen standards.

• A Head Chef with 2 years experience
• Experience in a fresh-food, Gastro pub-style kitchen.
