What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as an AGM or strong Restaurant Manager ready to step up
• Confident understanding of P&L
• Passion for hospitality and delivering a first-class guest experience
• Well-presented, professional, and naturally people-focused
• Strong wine knowledge – WSET qualification preferred
• Calm under pressure, with great leadership and team-building skills
