As Chief Marketing Officer, you will serve as a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing the commercial vision of the company. You will lead the strategic direction, development, and performance of the Sales, Marketing, Communications, Revenue, and Distribution functions across the portfolio of luxury properties and experiences.

Qualifications, Skills & Experienced Needed for this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (minimum) or MBA or other advanced degree in marketing, strategy, or leadership
10–15+ years of progressive marketing experience.
5+ years in a senior leadership role (Marketing Director or Cluster / Corporate role)
Proven experience leading marketing strategies across multiple channels
Ideally to have current or recent Middle east experience
Track record of revenue growth, brand building, and market expansion.
Ability to create and execute long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Strong leadership and team-building skills; experience managing large, cross-functional teams
Experience working with C-suite executives and board members
Effective at budgeting, forecasting, and ROI measurement.
Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality
Visionary and innovative thinker.
Results-oriented and highly accountable.
Comfortable in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
