DIRECTOR OF LANDSCAPING

Up to $94,500 + Bonus

We’re working with a unique luxury resort/property in St. Kitts and Nevis to help find a Director of Landscaping to lead and elevate the property’s grounds and outdoor presentation. This role will oversee all landscaping operations, including design, maintenance, and team leadership, ensuring the resort’s tropical environment remains pristine and inviting.

• Tax-Free Salary: $94,500 USD net annually plus 10% annual bonus

What they are looking for:

• Previous experience overseeing landscaping for 5-star resorts or high-end residential properties.
• Broad horticultural and landscape management knowledge, including tropical plants and coastal environments.
• Comfortable creating reports and communicating updates clearly to senior leadership and owners.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; able to confidently liaise with owners and guests.
• Hands-on leadership style - thrives working in the field with the team, not just behind a desk.
• Highly articulate and professional, with the ability to represent the resort in a polished and approachable manner.
