Job Title: Claims Handler

We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Claims Handler to join our busy, supportive team on a 3–6 month temporary contract. You’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of claims, keeping cases moving and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

What you’ll do:

• Manage claims from first notification to completion
• Keep customers updated and resolve queries promptly
• Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to progress cases
• Maintain accurate records and hit service level targets
• Suggest improvements to make processes more efficient

What you’ll need:

• Strong organisation and communication skills
• A customer-first mindset
• Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
• Previous claims or case management experience is a bonus (training provided)
• GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)
