Religious Services Program Manager – $32-$38 p/h, commensurate with experience – Miami, FL 33194

The Role

Do you have a background in logistics or volunteer coordination and fluency in English and Spanish? Can you organize religious services and support community volunteers in a secure setting?

We are looking for Religious Services Program Managers for six ICE detention facilities. This is an onsite position where you'll work closely with Chaplains to support religious programs and detainees.

This is a full-time, W2 contract position on call 24hrs a day/7days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate religious services and volunteer-led classes

• Maintain records and prepare monthly reports

• Be on-call 24/7 for your facility

The Person

• Be fluent in English and Spanish
• Have 2+ years of experience in religion, volunteer coordination, social work, or a similar field
• Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to lead
• Handle on-call responsibilities and maintain strong judgment under pressure
