Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant - What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting KS3 and KS4 students in Maths lessons
• Assisting with lesson planning, preparation and assessment
• Delivering targeted interventions for individuals and small groups
• Encouraging numeracy skills, critical thinking and problem-solving
• Contributing to exam preparation and revision sessions
• Supporting enrichment activities such as Maths clubs or competitions
• Working collaboratively with teachers to maximise learning outcomes

Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant - What We’re Looking For

• A 2:1 degree or above in Mathematics or a related subject
• A strong academic background and solid subject knowledge
• Previous experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, youth work)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in teaching and a desire to make a difference in education
