Great opportunity to work as an Account Coordinator at our fast-paced Boston office.

Staffline is recruiting for an Account Coordinator to work in Boston.

The rate of pay is £12.39 per hour.

This is a full-time role. The shift pattern is 5 days out of 7, with some weekend work required. Shift patterns may vary depending on business needs.

Typical working hours are 6:00am-3:00pm and 9:00am-6:00pm on a rotational basis.

There is a strong chance of a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate!

Your Time at Work

As an Account Coordinator, your duties will include but will not be limited to:

- Handling high inbound and outbound call volumes
- Responding to job applications
- Providing a positive customer experience
- Build and maintain relationships with our onsite teams to establish a clear understanding of their client's requirements and upcoming recruitment
- Allocating workers to their shifts/bookings/planning
- Processing Payroll - Data entry
- Updating records using Word and excel, and completing filing
- Tracking and updating KPIs
- Monitoring and responding to ""Have Your Say"" ticketing
- Checking RTW reports
- Conducting welfare meetings (SSP candidates)
- Responding to compliance emails
- Supporting any ad hoc duties as required

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Account Coordinator will have the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills. You will have a customer-centric mindset, always putting people first.
You will be comfortable answering a high volume of calls. Good written and spoken English is also required for this role.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
