Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisors – Office based

Riga, Latvia

€1700 gross per month + Performance Bonus up to 300 EUR + benefits, depending on experience + relocation flight paid and one month accommodation

Due to expansion our client is recruiting Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisors for their office in Riga.

Candidates must speak Dutch to minimum B2 level and B2 English level.

Ideally candidates will have some customer service experience but it is not essential as training will be given.

Job Overview

- Answer calls from customers with questions and give end users the answers they need.
- Document case resolutions in the contact centre application based on phone, email, chat, and other customer communications.
- Ascertain that cases are settled in accordance with the company policies
- Assign priority issues to the immediate lead as appropriate, in accordance with client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts

- Provide excellent customer satisfaction, meeting quality standards on all handled contacts

- Handle contacts while maintaining the project's defined targets: response time, handle time, and resolution rate aligned with benchmarks.
