Job Title: Customer Research & Insight Manager

Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association to recruit for a Customer Research & Insight Manager on a permanent contract 

As the successful candidate you will have experience working within Customer Research  

The duties will include:

• Project based work around methods of research and understanding of customer pain points 
• Working closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders to ensure actioning of research results 
• Overhaul interaction systems including the design and creation of additional surveys relating to customer satisfaction
• Understand customer journey 
• Carry out quantitative and qualitative research 
• Managing an insight analyst 

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

• Extensive Quantitative and Qualitative Research Methods 
• Creating, updating and distributing of surveys to collect data 
• Strong spoken, written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
