📢 We’re hiring : Senior Associate Investment Funds

📍 Location : Luxembourg

🎯 Your tasks :

• Support clients active in the investment fund industry, particularly in relation to alternative investment strategies such as private equity, venture capital, private debt, infrastructure, and real estate, as well as on broader legal and regulatory asset management topics.

• Take part in diverse assignments covering the full lifecycle of investment funds — from setup and structuring to day-to-day management, liquidation, due diligence, and secondary transactions — while working closely with and under the guidance of a partner.

• Gain exposure to both the regulatory framework and transactional elements involved in fund-related activities.

👤 Profile :

• Graduate with a European law degree.

• Ideally completed with a Master or post-graduate degree from an EU university (LL.M).

• Registered to a European bar.

• You have 6-8 years of experience.

• Fluent in French and in English.

• You have a good client relationship and have good communication skills.
