A property asset management company in Essex are looking for a commercial property locum to help out on a fixed-term contract basis for an initial period of 6 months with a possible 3-month extension thereafter. The firm have a modest in-house legal team but require an extra pair of hands to assist with two predominantly conveyancing-based projects: one entails moving 3000+ freehold titles between group companies as part of a corporate restructure, and the other involves executing a large number of inter-company lease extension deeds.
 
This is a full-time role and while hybrid working is available, you will need to attend the firm's offices in Southend on Sea at least 1-2 days per week.
 
This is a fixed-term contract role.
