Graduate Teaching Assistant – About the Role KPi Education are looking for an ambitious and proactive Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team and support students across KS3 and KS4.. Your responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant will include: - Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation, resources, and materials - Supporting students with behavioural needs to stay focused and engaged - Monitoring student progress and feeding back to teaching staff - Providing 1:1 and small group support to students who need extra help in understanding lesson content - Ensuring the classroom is organised, safe, and well-prepared for each day This role is varied and rewarding where no two days are quite the same.
