We’re searching for an Assistant General Manager to join the team at our client's charming country pub in Santon Bridge – a well-loved spot with strong local support and steady passing trade, set in the heart of the stunning Western Lake District. This is a brilliant opportunity for a hospitality professional who’s passionate about great service, warm atmospheres, and running a well-rounded operation.

The Role:

• Up to £35,000 salary per annum

• Work in a beautiful and peaceful Lake District setting

• Hands-on leadership across front of house and day-to-day operations
