Location: Atyrau, Kazakhstan

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join a dynamic organisation. This role requires strong administrative expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage office operations efficiently while ensuring high levels of professionalism and customer service.

The Senior Administrator will play a key role in supporting leadership by managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, organising documents, and ensuring seamless administrative processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and excellent customer service
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment
  • Manage appointment scheduling, provide timely reminders, and ensure critical meetings are not missed
  • Monitor guest admissions and maintain a log of visitors and appointments for easy reference
  • Handle and distribute correspondence, calls, and queries confidentially and accurately
  • Ensure timely distribution of documents within the department and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Organise and maintain records of all distributed documents and track responses where required
  • Screen and forward approved calls, ensuring efficient communication with senior management
  • Maintain compliance with document control procedures and ensure traceability of all records
  • Oversee the timely delivery and receipt of couriers and packages
  • Collate data and prepare professional reports, memos, and presentations with minimal errors
  • Assist in office administration, delegation of authority, and overall operational efficiency
  • Stay updated on best practices in office management, customer service, and document control

     

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant administrative role
  • Experience working in the GCC region (2 years) is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of office administration, delegation of authority, and information management
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail, organisation, and ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is required
