Primary Teacher/Primary ECT: Candidate Specification

• Qualifications: A qualified teacher with QTS or an ECT with prior experience in primary education.
• Degree: Holds a 2:1 or higher degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Passion for Teaching: A true passion for working with children and supporting their academic and personal growth at the primary level.
• Organizational Skills: A proactive approach, with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Curriculum Knowledge: A solid understanding of the primary curriculum and the ability to inspire and engage young learners across a range of subjects.

• Contract: Permanent, Full-Time role starting in September 2025.
• Paid to Scale: Competitive salary, paid according to the teaching scale.
