Job Title: Refractory Specialist

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Refractory Specialist with extensive experience in refinery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and inspection of refractory materials within the refinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation and maintenance of refractory materials in refinery equipment and structures.
• Develop and implement refractory maintenance and inspection plans.
• Conduct inspections of refractory linings to identify wear, damage, and areas needing repair.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address refractory issues and ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of refractory installations, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during all refractory activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance on refractory materials and installation techniques.
• Train and mentor junior staff on refractory maintenance and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in refractory maintenance and inspection within a refinery setting.
• Strong knowledge of refractory materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Certification in relevant refractory standards is preferred.
