Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner/Labourer to join our team at a solar farm. This full-time role involves maintaining the cleanliness of welfare areas on-site and assisting with general labour duties when required. The successful candidate will split their time between cleaning tasks and supporting other on-site operations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welfare Area Cleaning:

  • Clean and maintain welfare facilities, including canteens, toilets, and break areas.
  • Regularly mop floors, clean surfaces, empty bins, and restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, etc.
  • Ensure welfare areas are presentable and meet health and safety standards at all times.

• Labourer Support:

  • Assist with general labour tasks, including moving materials, setting up equipment, and other site-related duties.
  • Work alongside the site team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Follow site safety protocols and maintain a tidy work area.

Requirements:

• CSCS Card: Mandatory for site access and safety compliance.
• Previous experience in cleaning or labouring is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or within a team.
• Physical fitness to carry out manual handling tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team’s success.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
