Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-3pm 

£29,213.60 + Bonus

Ideal Recruit are currently looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our established and successful Permanent Division in Warrington.

We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge and is adaptable to work on various projects. Someone who can deliver to a high standard of service & enjoys being rewarded for their hard work and determination.

Responsibilities:

• Placing Candidates into Permanent roles.
• Sourcing candidates via job board applications, searching and headhunting.
• Keeping in regular contact with candidates to ensure a smooth process and gain full career knowledge and aspirations.
• Management of the entire recruitment process.
• Working towards targets and KPI’s.
• Using various tools to make new links with potential clients.
• Growing relationships with regular contact (emails/calls/visits).
• Use client relationships to expand business network/ referrals with other companies.
• Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes.
• Management of the end-to-end permanent recruitment process.

• Excellent computing skills (MS Office, social media).
• Versatile & dynamic, as required in this role.
• Valid UK driving licence and own transport.
