KPI Recruiting are urgently looking for a Business Development Manager to join a lead supplier based in Sandbach, Cheshire. 

We are looking for someone who is confident and comes from a sales background. You will be vital in developing new business contacts and supporting those trusted customers offering an exceptional service. 

You will strive to hit new sales targets and will flourish within a sales environment.

This is a great opportunity to join a company who can offer training and development.

You will work very closely with one of the company directors from the start, who will be out on the road. It is really important to work as a team. A unique position in that you will start the role working alongside a director which can lead to progression very quickly.

Salary - £30k minimum to £35k DOE (Commission paid monthly)

Role:

• Main goal  - to make sure profitability is retained
• To support the Director and work as a team
• New business sales
• Hit KPI targets
• Follow up new business leads that are received both on-line and via social media
• Arranging visits with both new and existing customers
• Assign actions to the relevant member of the team
• Diary management
• Excellent customer service communication

This is a full time, permanent role commencing as soon as possible.
