An international law firm with offices in Mayfair are looking for a corporate locum to assist at senior associate/director level for a period of around 3-6 months. This would be to help on a complex cross-border group reorganisation project involving UK company law.

The role will involve liaising with third parties in other countries but this will all be via email and video call so the work can be carried out remotely.
