A law firm in Bedfordshire is looking for a Team Leader for the private client department at their Leighton Buzzard office. Please note, the firm is happy to offer that 2 days per week can be worked remotely from home for this role.
 
The firm is ideally looking for a solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in wills & probate work.
 
Workload to include:
 
·Answering queries from the team and assisting them in their career development
·Preparation of Estate Accounts and Inheritance Tax Forms
·Preparing Probate applications
·Arranging probate valuations, property clearance etc.
·Drafting Deeds of Variation
·Drafting Will & LPA documents
·Implement the requirements for billing, time-recording and departmental expenditure as set out in the business plan for the current year
·Marketing for the department to include, networking meetings, article writing and any such work that is required
 
The role is full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be competitive.
