A law firm in Bedfordshire are looking for a private client locum to help out starting as soon as you are able on an ongoing basis while the firm recruit permanently for the role. You will be acting as Team Leader throughout this assignment and you should have a minimum of 5 years' PQE along with previous experience leading a team.
 
Workload to include:
 
·Answering queries from the team and assisting them in their career development
·Preparation of Estate Accounts and Inheritance Tax Forms
·Preparing Probate applications
·Arranging probate valuations, property clearance etc.
·Drafting Deeds of Variation
·Drafting Will & LPA documents
·Implement the requirements for billing, time-recording and departmental expenditure as set out in the business plan for the current year
·Marketing for the department to include, networking meetings, article writing and any such work that is required
 
This is a full-time role and while hybrid working is available, you will need to attend the firm's offices in Leighton Buzzard at least 3 days per week.
