A national commercial law firm has a vacancy for a senior company commercial solicitor. The role is fully remote working from home although if applicants would prefer some time in the office then a hybrid is possible with offices in Birmingham, Manchester, Sheffield, Cambridge, Oxford and London all options. The firm is looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 10 years' PQE. The successful applicant will be advising on a broad range of company commercial matters including commercial contracts, agency agreements and GDPR. The firm have sources of work so business development is not part of the role - you will be left to concentrate fully on the caseload. The firm are very happy for staff to work their hours flexibly around child care etc. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience plus achievable bonus, private medical care, death in service pension, pension and 33 days' holiday entitlement.
