Driven by integrity and a passion to deliver, you will be supporting leading organisations around the UK, from small to medium sized businesses to large blue-chip clients, identifying and securing high calibre talent to help fuel their growth and meet their hiring needs.

What will you be doing? 

• Sourcing candidates via head hunt, referrals and job boards where relevant, suiting the requirements of our clients 
• Presenting and pitching our services to potential new clients  
• Keeping the CRM system and records updated. 
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing the interview process with candidates and clients 
• Conducting effective interviews with candidates to assess suitability for our clients 
• Own and manage the whole candidate process through our CRM system 
• Keeping track of your client database 
• Building strong relationships with clients
