Relocation Project Manager – London – 3 months contract – Inside IR35

A leading Legal Services Organisation based in London are currently undertaking several large-scale office moves / refurbishments / renovations across the globe and require a Relocation Project Manager to assist with the design and delivery of state-of-the-art IT fit outs.

The successful Relocation Project Manager must have extensive experience in similar Office / Building Move or Building relocation projects.

This Office move Project Manager position will require a mix of on-site and remote working and could require travel across the globe to customer sites.

Key experience for the Relocation Project Manager will include:

• Extensive experience in managing 3rd party suppliers
• Waterfall and Price 2 methodology experience
• Previous experience in delivering IT project’s, including but not limited to: Infrastructure Hardware, Cabling, Network, AV, Security Access, Wi-Fi etc
• Fantastic stakeholder management – UK and Global
• Decommissioning projects
• Office move/relocation experience 
• Matrix management experience
• Risks, Issues, and Documentation
• Proven track record in delivering multiple projects concurrently
• Any experience in managing full building fit outs – including furniture, property management, facilities would be an advantage
• Previous experience working in an IT Build environment is advantageous
