A very well established firm is looking for a litigation solicitor to work at their North Hampshire office.
Duties will include the following:
Manage their own civil litigation case load.
Handle property litigation matters including possession claims, debt collection, boundary disputes; disrepair claims, and deposit disputes. There is also the ability to work in long leasehold areas if an interest is shown.
Provide internal and external training courses for staff, clients and delegates at PainSmith's seminars.
Supervising junior staff members.
 
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' PQE in litigation work. The firm pride themselves on offering a good work/life balance to all staff and support career development.
 
Due to the location, applicants must have a driving licence and own means of transport. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
