A good sized firm with offices across the South East is looking for a commercial solicitor to head their small team at their Harrow office. The successful applicant will be managing a caseload that includes includes multi-million-pound share acquisitions, business sales and purchases, the sale of intellectual property and pharmaceutical licenses as well as supervising more junior staff. Ideally applicants would have a minimum of 5 years' PQE but the firm is happy to consider anyone with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial work. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be around 70k depending on experience.
