  • Logging complaints and maintenance issues.
  • Communicating with tenants and providing regular updates.
  • Visiting properties for inspections or maintenance orders and liaising with contractors.
  • Organising inventories and property cleans.
  • Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training.
